Mental Health Troubles Dog the Chronically Homeless
This article in The Colorado Springs Gazette by Brian Newsome and Lance Benzel talks about the Colorado Springs homeless population and the unfortunate prevelance of serious mental illness that plagues roughly two-thirds of them. It goes on to discuss the funding shortfalls that are making treatment of this population so diffficult.
