Alcohol Abuse May Lead to Depression Risk, Rather Than Vice Versa
An interesting article posted on Newswise Medical News website discusses a study published by the Journal of the American Medical Association that suggests that rather than alcohol abuse often being the result of depressed individuals self-medicating, the relationship may be reversed, where alcohol abuse leads to depression.
