Congrats to Colorado Health Foundation Healthy Connections Grant Award Winners!
The Colorado Health Foundation recently named its latest round of award winners of the Healthy Connections grant program. Grant funds were awarded to a variety of healthcare organizations committed to improving their delivery systems through Health Information Technology projects. Congratulations to CBHC member Southwest Colorado Community Mental Health Center for being named one of these latest grantees.
