FOR THOSE BOARD MEMBERS INTERESTED IN THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS:
Write/Contact your Legislators
Check the CBHC bill tracking slate (see URL, above). This site is usually updated on Fridays throughout the Legislative Sessoin. Let’s all email our Legislators requesting support for any bills listed in the “Actively Support” column which are slated to be heard either by the full House, full Senate or by a Committee on which your Legislator sits. And ask them to oppose any bills listed in the ”Actively Oppose” section. Remember, contact from a VOLUNTEER carries more weight than contact from a PAID staff person!
For current contact information of all State Legislators, as well as Committee Assignments, go to:
To find out the names of your elected officials, click here and enter your home address.
Invite your legislators to attend your local community events!
Meet with you legislators during the CBHC Annual Day at the Capitol! (additional information will be available shortly)
