- Provide a venue for those responsible for Training and Development at their MHCs to stay connected and network to support the growth of this critical emerging role.
- Serve as a “Clearing House” for a variety of levels of training to meet the varied levels of need across the MHCs and address centralized issues through broadening direct access to resources.
- Identify and deliver on training needs that are consistent statewide and deliver the highest value for the lowest cost.
- Create opportunities for increased value and economies of scale through group purchasing in the marketplace.
