Community Reach Center Starts a Podcast

Community Reach Center’s Colorado Spirit Program is proud to present Managing COVID Reactions. This month marks a full year since COVID completely changed our society, bringing social isolation, fear, and anxiety and more along with it. The way we live our lives has completely changed, so Community Reach Center decided to talk about it! Crisis Specialists discuss innate reactions vs responses and how we can train ourselves to manage them during these unprecedented times.
