Help strengthen Colorado’s rural behavioral health workforce.
The Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council (CBHC) is seeking a Workforce Program Manager to lead workforce development initiatives through its new Behavioral Health Capacity & Innovation Hub, funded by Colorado’s Rural Health Transformation Program.
This position will play a key role in helping rural and frontier behavioral health providers recruit, develop, and retain the workforce their communities depend on. Working directly with participating provider organizations, training vendors, and consultants, the Workforce Program Manager will coordinate shared training opportunities, support clinical supervision and career development pathways, and identify ways to make workforce resources more accessible and affordable.
From coordinating evidence-based practice training to developing shared supervision opportunities for pre-licensed staff, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on behavioral health professionals and the communities they serve.
