Mental Health Partners Offers Resources for Mental Wellness in Times of Mourning

While mass shootings are something that has, unfortunately, become all too common in our modern world, they send shockwaves through our community every time they occur. On March 22, 2021, there was a mass shooting at the King Soopers on Table Mesa Boulevard that killed 10 individuals, one of who was a Boulder Police Officer. These tragedies encompass not only the grief and mourning of individual families but of entire communities. Please visit Mental Health Partners’ A Community in Mourning webpage for resources and support regarding grief, processing this event, moving through trauma, and more.
