North Range Behavioral Health Discusses Wellness, Current Legislation, and its New CCBHC Status

North Range Behavioral Health, located in Weld county, has received much media attention for their work in the community, views on current legislation, and their new Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic status.

Larry Pottorff, Executive Director of North Range, was featured on Townsquare Media’s Wellness Wednesday to discuss men’s mental health. Read the full interview HERE.

As the legislature continues to move HB21-1097, the creation of a Behavioral Health Administration, forward, Larry was also interviewed regarding his thoughts on this new government entity. Read more about the bill and North Range’s active support of it HERE.

North Range is now one of four Community Mental Health Centers to become a federally Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This opportunity gives them access to more federal funding and the opportunity to create more programs in their community.
