Jefferson Center Hosts Virtual Activity Challenge

“On the Move for Mental Health”

On the Move for Mental Health is Jefferson Center’s first-ever virtual activity challenge. It promises a month of motivation, self-care, and wellness – with a little friendly competition and fun sprinkled in!

From May 1 to 31, participants can show their support for mental health and raise funds to benefit Jefferson Center while tracking and posting their accomplishments in running, walking, biking, swimming, yoga, meditation, or any other activity of choice.

Fundraisers will be able to shake off the winter blues and celebrate Mental Health Month with exciting activities while also winning prizes and recognition as they reach fundraising and activity milestones. Special prizes and award medals will go to the top three fundraising and activity finishers at both the individual and team levels. Best of all, registration is completely free and everyone is welcome to join!
