The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has issued a helpful brochure to help people determine whether they may need help, or someone they know needs help, with substance abuse, a mental health issue, or both.  The brochure provides a brief list of questions for individuals to consider, and directs them to resources treatment.
