Help build something new that will strengthen Colorado’s rural behavioral health system.
The Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council (CBHC) is seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic leader to serve as the Director of its new Behavioral Health Capacity & Innovation Hub, funded through Colorado’s Rural Health Transformation Program.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a new initiative designed to help rural and frontier behavioral health providers accomplish together what can be difficult to do alone. The Hub will bring together shared resources, expertise, and services to strengthen provider operations, support workforce development, and improve access to behavioral healthcare across Colorado.
The Director will lead the Hub’s day-to-day operations, oversee its workforce and incentive program areas, develop partnerships with participating providers, and establish a sustainable shared-services model that can continue beyond grant funding. This role will also serve as CBHC’s primary program contact with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF).
