Help improve care coordination, strengthen provider operations, and advance payment innovation in Colorado’s rural behavioral health system.
The Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council (CBHC) is seeking a Hub Incentive Program Manager to support the implementation of its new Behavioral Health Capacity & Innovation Hub, funded through Colorado’s Rural Health Transformation Program.
This position will play an important role in helping rural and frontier behavioral health providers strengthen care follow-up, improve clinical documentation, enhance cost reporting, and prepare for value-based payment models.
Working alongside participating provider organizations, site liaisons, and program contractors, the Hub Incentive Program Manager will coordinate process improvement initiatives, support payment-readiness efforts, and administer incentive payments tied to enhanced services and improved patient engagement.
This is an opportunity to help turn practical improvements into meaningful outcomes for providers and the communities they serve.
