Help strengthen Colorado’s rural behavioral health workforce.

The Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council (CBHC) is seeking a Workforce Program Manager to lead workforce development initiatives through its new Behavioral Health Capacity & Innovation Hub, funded by Colorado’s Rural Health Transformation Program.

Working directly with participating provider organizations, training vendors, and consultants, the Workforce Program Manager will coordinate shared training opportunities, support clinical supervision and career development pathways, and identify ways to make workforce resources more accessible and affordable.
